Dear Customers and Friends of Seajet! Seeing this email, I am sure you expect another long message full of unpleasant news and surprises. Unfortunately, this has been the case of late because there has been one problem after another, which we felt compelled to write about. We do not enjoy being the bearer of bad news but we strongly believe that it is part of the service you expect from your Seajet Team; to be told about issues, which will have an impact on your supply chain and landed costs. I just now finished reading an online article published on the American Shipper web site, which is a companion to the printed news magazine. The title line is “Transpacific carriers brace for surge”.
