As always, there will be a rush towards getting shipments dispatched prior to these holidays and please bear in mind, too, that some factories may start the holidays early.

We reported already in our newsletter on December 28 about the current shortage of shipping space (please click the link here below).

Pacific Carriers Create Artificial Space Shortage

For the reasons outlined in this newsletter, you may want to pay extra close attention to your delivery schedule and talk to your vendors to assure your goods can be shipped as soon as possible.

Space is very tight!

Due to the already existing space shortage, this is a particular difficult period this time around and there are no guarantees that your goods will sail when you expect them to move.

The Seajet team will assist you as best as possible and try to secure space on board vessels sailing before the Chinese New Year or early thereafter.

If you should consider air freighting some goods, the situation will be quite similar and we will need as much advance notice as possible to book space with the airlines.

As always, thank you very much for your trust and continued support.

Best regards,

Ronald W Hiemann, CEO
