Dear Customers and Friends of Seajet! Oops, I think it is safe to assume that most of you do not speak Dutch. So, let me start from the top. SEAJET HAS OPENED AN OFFICE IN ROTTERDAM, THE NETHERLANDS! Dear Customers and Friends of Seajet! I am pleased to inform you, that the Seajet Rotterdam office is operational since the beginning of this month. Several positive circumstances came together this past fall to provide us with the opportunity to establish a Seajet office in Rotterdam. This is a joint effort between Seajet Express Inc., Boston and BTS Logistics, a long time established Dutch forwarding firm. Rotterdam is considered one of the largest sea ports in the world, servicing much of the European continent, along with its Hinterland of Eastern Europe. It is quite common and accepted practice to move LCL freight originating from all across the European continent through the Rotterdam global gateway. The same can be said about FCL container shipments. We are also very lucky to start this exciting new venture with 2 people we have already worked with for a long time, Michael de Rouw & Marvin Ploeg. Michael de Rouw is the Seajet Branch Manager. Michael previously managed the Rotterdam branch office of ITG Global Logistics BV. Marvin Ploeg, formerly the Export Manager at ITG, is holding the same position at Seajet. Michael, Marvin, and their staff of export and import specialists will provide Seajet customers with a full range of services. Whether it is import or export, customs clearance, air freight or ocean freight, distribution, warehousing, inland trucking or local cartage services, the Seajet team will look after your interests. We are very excited about being in The Netherlands, also known as Holland, a country with a very long tradition of trading with the rest of the world.
