PACIFIC DESTINATIONS: From $911.00 to $1128.00 per TEU (= 20ft container unit) From $1822.00 to $2256.00 per FEU (= 40ft container unit) CONSEQUENTLY, THIS WILL RESULT IN THE FOLLOWING ROUNDED RATE INCREASES: U.S.A.
